Ron founded PBD in 1993, which now is one of the leading corporate design firms in Chicago, with 80 full time architects and designers on staff. Ron is also Founder & CEO of PBD, Inc., an architectural firm also based in Chicago. Sometimes, campgrounds have restrictions on the breeds they allow.Ron is Cofounder & CEO of Gravity Labs, a Chicago-Downtown based advertising agency. We cover the couch and kitchen seats with covers to insure a clean space, we know how shedding goes with pets! Please note, if you are bringing the camper to a campground, you must tell the campground of the animal, and usually they ask for the breed. For an extra $25 a night per pet, your furry friend/s are more than welcome to join. If you plan to leave your pet in the camper without your supervision, please bring a crate if they cannot behave. Pets: We have two dogs of our own, and we can't imagine taking on an adventure without them. Cooking Tools/Supplies: Provided for you as our guests are pots, pans, plates, utensils, cups, mugs, napkins, etc. See photos for items that may be stocked.

Bug spray, sun screen, hand sanitizer, fire starters, first aid kid, you name it, we've been there without one and know how it is! Feel free to use whatever is in here, this is to ease your trip. Pantry: Our pantry is incredibly organized and meant to have items that are easy to forget for camping. Cleaning Supply: Cleaning supplies is provided under the sink and in the pantry. Toiletry: Special RV toilet paper is provided for your stay, along with paper towels. A total of 2 towels are provided, if you have more guests and need more towels, please advise when booking.

Accommodations: -Linens Supplied for Guests: 2 full size sheets with quilts, 1 queen with quilt, and two sets sheets that can accommodate the couch and table beds. We are happy to help guide you on the best decision. Again, please reach out to discuss the details. We advise you have a vehicle that can tow 12K lbs. You may also pick up the camper, we are located in Hampton NH, and are a quick 5 minute drive to 101/95. Delivery/Pick Up: We can and will deliver the camper for you, please reach out to us directly to discuss the location of where it needs to be dropped off and we will go over costs at that time. Cooling Options: When plugged into a 30amp or electrical source, the camper has fully functioning AC and fan function. Heating Options: For the colder days, the electric fireplace is easy to operate and quickly warms up the camper to the temperature of your liking. 2 chairs are provided for you, feel free to put these outside and enjoy the nature around you! Don’t fret bugs, a screen comes down to divide the porch with the camper so you don’t need to worry about any insect visitors.
Back Porch: The back of the camper comes down and acts as a porch.
If you have concern about the item fitting, please reach out and we can assist. Toy Hauler Luxury: Take your toys on vacation with you! Our camper can fit any toy less that 56", such as (but not limited to) Four wheelers, Side by Sides, Motorcycles, Dirt Bikes, Canoes, Kayaks, Paddleboards, etc. Lots of cabinet space included, bring all of your favorite snacks! -Bathroom: Take a relaxing *warm* shower in the King Camper, feel comfortable bringing all of your shower/bathroom items, our vanity provides a lot of space for these. Kitchen: King Campers kitchen has everything you need such as, a gas stove and stove top, a deep farmhouse sink for cleaning, a microwave, a Keurig for your coffees, and a fridge/freezer to fit all of your food and beverages in. One is in the master bedroom, one is in the living room- don't stress the rainy days on the campground, grab a movie, or connect to the campgrounds wifi to watch something. Electronics: Two Samsung 42'' TVs provided with remotes. The master bedroom with ample closet space holds a queen sized mattress with a memory foam topper. King Camper offers two full sized bunk beds that drop from the ceiling, the couch is a fold out couch which is considered to be twin sized (shorter in length), and the table is a Dinette Conversion that also is the size of a twin size bed (short in length).
